I have meant to email you for the past 2 weeks, to thank you for organising the logistics for Julia’s flight on the 30th May. Can you also thank Lee please on behalf of us both, he was wonderful and Julia just loved the experience and had a blast. It was a great day for us both.

I just want to say big thanks to all your brilliant staff that helped me surprise My parents last weekend, it must have taken some organising for you to go Out of your way to pick them up from Wanneroo. I didn’t meet the pilot who made a fantastic landing in my parent’s house but I met the co pilot who was so helpful and polite. They had an excellent trip and a great stay in burswood. Also thanks for the phone call from one of your staff on the day it just added That extra personnel touch to it all. Job well done Keep it UP guys !!!!

Many, many thanks for a fantastic birthday treat for Mum and myself. The cruise was excellent and very entertaining, with plenty of food and wine and all enthusiastically provided by the Captain Cook team. The Heliwest flight was absolutely awesome, we both enjoyed it immensely.  The day was packed with sensory overload and will be burnt into our memories for years to come. Thank you for making it happen, and thanks to the Heliwest team for being brilliant. I’ve attached a photo album of some snaps I took during the day. I’m sure they’re more interesting to myself and Mum really, but I thought you may like some of them. Many thanks once again.

We organised a Heliwest flight as a surprise birthday present for my wife Michelle’s sister Kerry. It was an outstanding success. After a recent serious illness, our time with Kerry is valued. She has learned to live every day to the full, so to be able to give her such an experience was very rewarding. Your staff played the birthday surprise card to perfection. Paul and Geoff teased her with some easy banter and Kerry had no time for nerves. She loved the entire experience. Add to that the perfect conditions on the day and we all enjoyed awesome views of Perth, Fremantle and the coast. Please thank Ashleigh, Geoff and Paul for their relaxed professionalism and humour, the smiles return every time we think of the day.

My partner, son and I came down to Burswood on Saturday morning and went on the trip down over Fremantle. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the guys (and girl) who were at the helipad for allowing the three of us to have such a fantastic time. My partner and son were given two vouchers and thanks to you, I was able to join them on the flight too. My son, who rode in the front, has autism and is absolutely obsessed with things that spin (ie. fans, propellors and not to forget rotor blades!). We all had a ball and wanted to say an extra thank you for making it such a great time for all three of us.

The helicopter operators, Heliwest, spent hours helping us with our planning. Those who flew and saw them in action would only marvel at their smooth efficiently. I was so proud when one pilot said how much he enjoyed flying the Cubs and how well behaved they, and the Scouts were. For me, a self confessed aviation freak, it was poetry in motion (almost a ballet) to watch them run two helicopters with 5 minute turn arounds, to fly our people from the Burswood Helipad. One of the pilots, and ex. Airline & charter pilot said that this (short hop helicopters) was exactly what he wanted to fly for, and it showed in his skill levels. The people at the pad and Christina at HO worked superbly to make this an 'ulcer free' event. People who are interested in becoming Air Scouts, you have my email address and contact.

I would like to thank Alex (ground staff) and Elaine (Pilot) for the part they played in making my Birthday today 12 Jan a birthday to remember, their professional, help advice, skill and knowledge was paramount in the enjoyment i had on a superb flight. I will be recommending your flights to friends mainly due to these two excellent members of staff. I went on the beaches flight it was perfect great commentary and assistance from the Pilot, not too long or too short. Alex`s knowledge of the helicopter was more than interesting very well done. Please commend these valuable members of staff they earned it, and thank you for the chance to see the best city on earth from above.

The experience was FANTASTIC - my husband had a great time - I was there waiting with the two children and every single employee was polite and accommodating, I was so impressed with the whole experience and want to write a letter to Heliwest to let them know how much we enjoyed it So thanks guys, you have helped to make someone’s day!

Just a quick note to let you know we all had a brilliant time on our flights on Saturday. A lot of the guys have got “the bug” and I’m sure Ashley has convinced them to do the flight where they get to take control and fly for a while themselves – haha. Everything went very smoothly and my husband ended up having a big chat to Steve your ground crew supervisor as they are in the same day job… it’s a small world. Thanks again for all your help Christina – I really appreciate it ! Oh by the way I got the gift vouchers on the day too. Have a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Just wanted to thank you and the team at Heliwest for giving my grandson Luca ( and Myself ) a fantastic ride in the helicopter this afternoon. I just wanted to send my Thanks for a fantastic helicopter ride over Perth on Sunday – the whole experience was brilliant from being greeted in reception to the safety briefing to the actual flight. I took my mum who is 73 and currently on holiday from the UK, she thoroughly enjoyed it. The pilot was very polite and generally very informative, giving us lots of info during the ride. I will happily recommend you to all our overseas visitors and have already passed on your fantastic service to my work colleagues.
