With a strong focus on improving safety and organizational performance at Heliwest, I’ve been working on simplifying our SMS/WHS/QMS systems and introducing a people-centered approach to safety that emphasizes learning from frontline teams.

 

My key accomplishment has been initiating this “back to basics” overhaul to enhance human and organizational performance within the company. Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding with my family, often touring the countryside for sightseeing or fishing, embracing our love for the outdoors. I’m deeply passionate about family-oriented activities, particularly coaching my son’s U13 AFL team and supporting my daughter’s U15 team, as it fuels my drive to see kids grow through their love of sport.
