With 34 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, compliance, and management, my career has progressed from hands-on engineering to senior leadership roles across multiple regions. I am a hands-on helicopter maintenance engineer and also hold a private pilot licence, which has given me additional insight into operational requirements and maintenance outcomes.

Since joining Heliwest, my focus has been on aligning engineering with operations, strengthening maintenance systems, and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency across our multi-base organisation.

Away from work, I value time with my wife and family, whether travelling, enjoying a good meal, or unwinding at home. Aviation remains both a profession and a personal passion, and I continue to find satisfaction in building teams and systems that ensure long-term safety, reliability, and operational success.
