With 35 years of industry experience in Aviation Supply Chain Logistics, Maintenance and Airworthiness Administration, Martin fills the dual roles of Manager of Heliwest Services Pty Ltd and Head of Aircraft Airworthiness.

Since joining Heliwest in 1996, he has worked across stores, logistics, sales, customer service, IT, technical records, airworthiness, and cost analysis, contributing to nearly every facet of the organisation except flying. Now overseeing both airworthiness administration for operations and managing the maintenance organization’s parts supply and customer service alongside the engineering ,workshop and logistics team to ensure top-tier service delivery.  

Heliwest’s values of safety, professionalism, and teamwork serve as his benchmark whether,  mentoring an apprentice, collaborating with the CEO, or engaging with suppliers and customers. His primary goal is to keep our team and clients safe, treating both as family.
