I have over 25 years’ experience in safety and quality management across a broad spectrum of high-risk industries, including aviation. Since joining Heliwest, my focus has been on streamlining the Aviation Safety Management System, Work Health and Safety and Quality Management systems and sub-processes and their operational application.
I am currently working on the integration of Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) practices into existing systems, to transform the next generation of safety at Heliwest.
